Meet my friend and resource partner Aubrey Eicher. Below is her information:

aubrey pic for websiteAs a Holistic Personal Trainer, I help my clients make lifestyle changes enjoyably and thus sustainably. I address all of the components of life, as they all are interconnected. I offer 1-on-1 personal training at my private studio, as well as nutrition coaching and other habit coaching (stress management, etc). I also offer remote coaching programs as well as corporate and group speaking engagements.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Fitness Nutrition as well as Behavior Change, a Certified Run Coach through RRCS, and am TRX Suspension Training Certified. I teach all aspects of exercise, including balance, flexibility, stability, range of motion, strength, and endurance, thus creating a holistic approach that will challenge your body but will not leave you in discomfort or injured.

My vision is to inspire true and lasting lifestyle change for you, making it fun and enjoyable at the same time, and developing a deeper confidence that doesn’t come from having the “perfect” body, but rather, one that we love and thus take really good care of.

    Health & Wellness Educator that has a passion for educating others on how to create balance in their lives so that the body can heal itself naturally. I have been in the Wellness Industry for 15 years and specialize in nutrition and sleep. My focus is on empowering others to take control of their health and in 2008 I began teaching as a Wellness Instructor at the University of Richmond. My health journey began 15 years ago when I was on 10 prescribed pills a day, had no energy and was 70 lbs heavier. I decided to empower myself and take a proactive approach towards my life and create a wellness home for myself and my family.
